All postal charges are at the cost of the customer and we recommend using registered post. Wuuf Online Ltd are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us and we will not refund or exchange returned items that become lost.

Returns will be processed within 14x days of receipt.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure returned items are unworn, as sold, with all the original packaging.

Unfortunately our styles are limited in number to keep them exclusive and unique.

Unfortunately at this moment in time we only offer public shipping within the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly.
